Do you have a tight space to work within and don't have room for a large rock pit at the bottom of your stream? Then this is the waterfall kit for you. With this package you can create a tantalizing water feature that will blend into your landscape, providing hours of enjoyment throughout the year and for many more to come.
The Springbrook SW differs from the Springbrook LN only in liner and underlayment dimensions and includes all the advantages of every Filtrific Vanishing Water system we sell: away-from-the-pond filtration that is easy to maintain, durable, modular, simple to accessorize and perhaps best of all, the water will vanish into the underground filter tank/reservoir when the pump is turned off!
The width of the pond liner provided is 7-1/2 feet, which is wide enough to capture the splash of a 24" wide by 4' tall waterfall. Waterfalls taller than 4 feet, falling into a 24 inch wide stream, will splash into the landscape, resulting in excessive water loss.
Using the valve included in this kit you can fine-tune the flow over the waterfall to create the ambiance you desire. Locate the valve so it is easily accessible to be sure your waterfall works to perfection. The pump flow can be reduced by more than half without damage and will actually prolong the life of the pump when you create some back pressure.
